1. Acceptance

By installing or using Strong 8K (“the app”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What the app does

The app is a generic player. You sign in with your own M3U playlist or Xtream provider credentials, and the app plays the content available from that source. We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, any content provider you connect to.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the playlist/provider you use and for ensuring that the content you access is lawful in your country and that you hold any necessary rights or subscriptions.
• You must not use the app to infringe copyright or other rights, or for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

4. No content / no warranty

We supply software only. The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any particular stream, provider or feature will be available or uninterrupted.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its name, logo and design are owned by Strong 8K. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app. Content played through the app belongs to its respective owners.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any content accessed through third-party providers you choose to connect to.

7. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the service, or access that is used unlawfully or abusively.

8. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
