Renew without reconfiguring anything

A renewal adds time to the line you are already using. Nothing about the credentials changes, so the television in the front room, the tablet and the box in the spare room all carry on without anybody going near their settings.

Use the same email address you originally ordered with. That is the only thing linking a payment to an existing subscription. Renewing under a different address creates a second, separate line, which is the usual explanation when a new payment does not appear to have extended anything.
