Ten short clauses, written to be read rather than skipped. If any of them is a problem for you, the moment to find out is now and not after a payment.
1. Scope
Everything below governs subscriptions purchased through strong8k.support and the guides published on it. Completing a checkout is how you accept these clauses. Anyone who would rather not accept them should simply not buy.
2. The thing being sold
You are buying access to a streaming service, for a fixed length of time, across a fixed number of device slots chosen at checkout. A slot carries one stream. Ask the line for more concurrent streams than you bought slots for and the extra connections are turned away, which is the system behaving correctly rather than failing.
3. Delivery
The gateway confirms the payment, the platform builds the line, and the credentials land on the confirmation page and in your inbox. That sequence usually finishes inside two minutes and needs nobody to be awake. The email address you type at checkout is where the copy goes, so it is worth reading twice before you submit.
4. Household use only
The subscription is yours, for the people who live with you. It is not stock to resell, not credentials to publish, and not a feed to rebroadcast. Where we find a line being used that way it is closed, and no money goes back.
5. What uptime means here
We put real effort into keeping every channel running, and most of the time it shows. Nobody in this industry can honestly promise a flawless picture on every channel on every night, because sources move, break and are withdrawn without warning. A channel having a bad evening is not by itself grounds for a refund, and it is something we will chase down for you if you name it.
6. Your side of it
A device capable of running a player and a connection steady enough to carry video are yours to provide. A stutter traced to an overloaded wireless network, an underpowered television or an internet provider throttling video at peak hours is not a defect in the subscription. Support will still help you find it, because finding it is usually the hard part.
7. Money
Prices are quoted in US dollars and settled by the gateway in whatever your card is denominated in. Each subscription is a single charge covering a single period. There is no standing authority on your card and nothing renews on its own, which is why a renewal is something you come back and do deliberately.
8. When we close an account
A line can be suspended or ended where these clauses have been broken, where the order shows signs of fraud, or where a chargeback has been raised against us without anyone having written to support first.
9. Revisions
This page changes occasionally. Whatever text was published on the day you ordered is the text that governs that order, so a later edit cannot be applied backwards to you.
10. Reaching a person
Anything unclear above can go to [email protected] and we will explain what a clause means in practice.
